# No slots on the Polícia Federal Agenda Web? We book it for you.

Federal Police appointment Updated 25 September 2026

Send us your details and our team makes your Federal Police booking as soon as the PF releases a date in your period. **R$ 99 at every unit, São Paulo included, paid only after the appointment exists.** Booking directly on the official site remains free.

1. You fill in the request. 2 minutes. Nothing is charged now.
2. Our team takes care of the booking. When the PF releases a date in your period.
3. You receive the confirmation. Official PDF in your inbox.
4. You pay R$ 99 by Pix. Within 6 h. No slot, no charge.

Vagalerta is an independent service with no affiliation to the Polícia Federal. Booking on the official site is free and you can do it yourself: [servicos.pf.gov.br/agenda-web (free)](https://servicos.pf.gov.br/agenda-web/acessar). We charge for making the booking on your behalf with the data you provide.

Looking for a passport? Passports are not booked on the Agenda Web but on [SINPA](https://servicos.pf.gov.br/sinpa/paginaInicialAgendamento.do), a separate Federal Police system. Here we book registration, CRNM, residence authorisation, naturalisation, stay extension and refuge.

## Create my booking

R$ 99 only after it is booked

Where and what you need to book at the PF.

[Booking form](https://vagalerta.com/en/#book)

## How the booking works

1. **You fill in the request.** You choose the unit and the service, give your protocol number, date of birth and the period in which you can attend. It takes under two minutes and nothing is charged now.
2. **Our team takes care of the booking.** As soon as the Federal Police releases a date in your period, a person on our team opens the Agenda Web and books the slot with your data, respecting the time of day you prefer.
3. **You receive the confirmation.** The official Agenda Web confirmation lands in your inbox, together with the confirmation the Federal Police itself sends. Date, time and the unit's address are on record.
4. **You pay R$ 99 by Pix.** Only after the booking exists, within 6 hours, using the Pix in that same email. If no slot appears inside your period, you pay nothing.

Every request is one person, with their own protocol. We never book a slot "to hold it" and we never book on behalf of someone who has not authorised us.

## What is included

### A booking made by a person

A person on our team makes the booking at the unit and for the service you chose, on the first date the Federal Police releases inside your period and your preferred time of day.

### The confirmation as a PDF

The official Agenda Web confirmation, with date, time, unit and address, attached to the confirmation email. The Federal Police also sends its own confirmation to your email.

### The rules for rescheduling

In the same email, the Agenda Web rules for rescheduling or cancelling if you need to: same protocol and date of birth, up to 48 hours before the appointment.

### A page for your case

A link that is yours alone, no password, to follow the request, ask for 10 more days, resend the confirmation or cancel. Your protocol never appears on that page.

## What we need from you

- **Federal Police unit and service**, the ones in your application, as they appear on the Agenda Web.
- **Full name**, as in your passport or the document used in the application.
- **Protocol number**, also called request code (código de solicitação or código de requerimento), from MigranteWeb or from the request filed on the PF site.
- **Date of birth**, because the Agenda Web identifies the request by the protocol and birth date pair.
- **The period in which you can attend**, first and last acceptable dates, and your preferred time of day, morning or afternoon.
- **Email and phone**. The email receives the confirmation and the Pix; the phone is the backup contact if email fails.

We do not ask for any password, we do not ask for document copies and we do not access your MigranteWeb case. The protocol and date of birth are stored encrypted, used only on the booking screen, and deleted 10 days after the appointment.

## Which Federal Police services we book

The list comes from the Federal Police system itself and appears in full in the form above. The ones most people arrive here for:

| Service | Who usually needs it |
| --- | --- |
| Registration after DOU publication | Anyone whose residence authorisation was published in the Diário Oficial and who now has to register with the PF |
| Registration (consular visa) | Anyone who entered on a visa issued by a consulate and must register it and get the CRNM |
| Residence authorisation | MigranteWeb applications that require attending in person |
| Change of residence authorisation period | Anyone extending an existing residence permit |
| CRNM replacement or second copy | Lost, stolen or damaged card, or a change of details |
| Naturalisation | Brazilian citizenship applications |
| Stay extension (visitor) | Tourists extending their permitted stay |
| Refuge | Applications, follow-up requests and registration of recognised refugees |

What matters is that the service is on the Agenda Web, not your nationality: naturalisation and a few other appointments involve Brazilian nationals, and we book those too.

## Passports are not covered, and that is not temporary

Brazilian passport appointments are not on the Agenda Web. They are on SINPA, a separate Federal Police system with its own login and a captcha at the entrance. We do not make passport bookings and we do not attempt to work around that.

We say this prominently because a large share of people searching for a Federal Police appointment want a passport. If that is you, we cannot help, and it is better to know now than after filling in the request.

## I filed on MigranteWeb. Where does the Federal Police come in?

MigranteWeb is the Ministry of Justice system where a residence authorisation application is assessed. The Federal Police come in afterwards, for registration and for issuing the CRNM. The usual order is: file on MigranteWeb, assessment, publication of the authorisation in the Diário Oficial da União, and then a Federal Police appointment for registration and biometrics.

That is why "registration after DOU publication" is the most requested service here. It is the step where the application has already been approved and the person now needs a slot at their unit. The number MigranteWeb generated when you filed is the same one the Agenda Web asks for, and it is what you enter in the form.

## Why the Polícia Federal Agenda Web never shows availability

Because availability is not continuous. Each unit releases blocks of appointments according to its own capacity, with no published calendar and no notice. Between one batch and the next, the system honestly reports that nothing is available, and that is what most people see almost all of the time.

Refreshing more often does not change whether a slot exists. It only changes the odds of you looking in the moment a batch lands. At the most contested units, such as DELEMIG São Paulo, a CRNM second-copy slot stays available for about a minute. That moment is what our team covers for you: when the Federal Police releases a date in your period, a person books it with your data, and you receive the confirmation.

## Deadlines that tend to bite

### Registration after DOU

Registration with the Federal Police runs to a deadline counted from publication. Confirm the deadline that applies to your case in the published act itself or with your lawyer, and enter that date in the form's "Hard deadline" field.

### Stay extension

An extension has to be requested before your permitted stay expires, not after. A slot that only appears afterwards does not solve the problem, so the period you give us should end before the expiry.

We do not give legal advice on your case and we do not interpret deadlines for you. We make the booking with the dates you give us.

## What it costs

**R$ 99** per booking

**One price, no packages.** Paid by Pix, within 6 hours after the confirmation reaches your inbox. Nothing before that.

- If no slot appears inside your period, you pay nothing.
- If you cancel before the booking exists, you pay nothing.
- Slots are heavily contested: if the Pix does not arrive in time, we release the slot to the next person in line, with no charge.

You pay for our time and work. The slot and the Federal Police site are free and stay free. If anyone charges you for the slot itself, or claims special access to the Agenda Web, be suspicious.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is this an official Federal Police service?

No. Vagalerta is an independent service with no affiliation to the Polícia Federal or the Brazilian Government. Booking on the official site, servicos.pf.gov.br, is free and you can do it yourself. We charge for making the booking on your behalf with the data you provide.

### Do you guarantee a date?

No. The booking is subject to the slots the Federal Police releases, and it publishes no calendar. We book the first date that appears inside the period and the time preference you gave. If none appears, you do not pay.

### How do I book with the Federal Police when no slot appears?

The Polícia Federal Agenda Web releases dates in batches, without notice, and they are usually taken in under an hour, and at the busiest units in a few minutes. You can keep trying on the official site, which is free, or send your details in the form on this page: our team makes the booking as soon as the Federal Police releases a date in your period.

### How much does it cost?

R$ 99 per booking, paid by Pix only after the appointment exists, within 6 hours of the confirmation arriving. There is no upfront payment, no packages and no extra fees.

### What exactly am I paying for?

For our time and work to make the booking on your behalf. The slot and the Federal Police site are free and stay free.

### How do I receive the confirmation?

By email, with the Agenda Web confirmation attached as a PDF. The Federal Police also sends its own confirmation to the email given in the booking, from agenda@dpf.gov.br. The same email carries the Pix and the payment deadline.

### Can I reschedule or cancel afterwards?

Yes, directly on the Federal Police site, with the same protocol number and date of birth, up to 48 hours before the appointment. Before the booking exists, you can cancel the request on your case page at no cost.

### Where do I find the protocol number (request code)?

On the receipt MigranteWeb generated when you filed your residence application, or on the request you filed on the Federal Police site for registration, CRNM and other services. It is the same number the Agenda Web asks for on its booking screen, together with your date of birth.

### Does it work for passports?

No. Passports are booked on SINPA, another Federal Police system with its own login. We only make bookings that live on the Agenda Web: registration, residence authorisation, CRNM, naturalisation, stay extension and refuge.

### What if no slot appears in 10 days?

The request pauses and we ask by email whether you want us to keep going for another 10 days, at no cost. One click restarts the clock. If you do not answer within 5 days, the request is closed and your protocol and date of birth are deleted.

### What happens to my data?

The protocol number and date of birth are stored encrypted and deleted 10 days after the appointment, or as soon as the request is closed. The confirmation is kept for 30 days. Name, email and phone are kept for 12 months, for support and accounting. We never share your data for advertising. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

Vagalerta is a private, independent company. It has no link, partnership, accreditation, authorisation, representation or privileged access with the Polícia Federal, the Brazilian Federal Government or any other public body.

The official booking is free and can be made directly by the applicant at [servicos.pf.gov.br](https://servicos.pf.gov.br/agenda-web/acessar). The fee charged by Vagalerta pays exclusively for a private, optional, operational service: following the public availability of slots and, when an opportunity is identified, manually attempting to make the booking requested by the client.

Vagalerta does not sell slots, does not charge for the public service, does not offer priority in any queue and does not create, block, reserve or control appointment times. Availability, confirmation, changes and cancellation of slots depend exclusively on the systems and decisions of the Polícia Federal. For that reason we do not guarantee that slots will open, a specific date, that the public body will keep the appointment, or any immigration outcome.

Hiring this service does not replace legal advice, does not include representation before public bodies and does not guarantee approval, immigration regularisation or service by the Polícia Federal.

By requesting the service, the client declares that the data provided is true, up to date and belongs to the client or to a person the client legally represents. The client expressly authorises the use of the data strictly needed to check availability, attempt the booking and send the communications related to the service. Providing incorrect or incomplete information, or information without the data subject's authorisation, is the client's responsibility.

Vagalerta never asks for or uses your gov.br account password. Never share your password with anyone.

Personal data is processed for the stated purposes, for the period needed to provide the service, and in line with Vagalerta's Privacy Policy and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
