# About Vagalerta

Vagalerta is an independent service that makes your booking on the Polícia Federal Agenda Web on your behalf, at the unit and for the service you chose, as soon as the Federal Police releases a date in your period. It costs R$ 99, paid by Pix only after the appointment exists. **We have no connection to the Federal Police, the Ministry of Justice or any public body**, and we are not an official channel. Booking directly on the official site remains free.

## Why this exists

The Agenda Web has no waiting list. Units release blocks of appointments with no published calendar and no notice, and those blocks are often taken within hours. In practice the people who get an appointment are the ones who happened to have the page open at the right moment, and everyone else spends weeks refreshing the same screen, often with a registration deadline running.

Vagalerta covers that moment for you: when the Federal Police releases a date in your period, a person on our team makes the booking with your data and you receive the confirmation. Nothing more. We do not create slots, we have no special access to the Agenda Web, and we have no influence over availability.

## Where it came from

The service came out of a repeated, real problem: people whose residence authorisation had already been published in the Diário Oficial da União, with a deadline running, unable to find a slot to register with the Federal Police. The booking is open to anyone, with nothing else to hire. Vagalerta is neither a law firm nor a despachante.

## What we do

- We receive your request with the unit, the service, your protocol number, date of birth and the period in which you can attend.
- As soon as the Federal Police releases a date in your period, a person on our team opens the Agenda Web and makes the booking on your behalf, as your representative for that act, with the data you gave us.
- We email you the official confirmation as a PDF, and the R$ 99 Pix to pay within 6 hours.
- We delete the protocol and date of birth 10 days after the appointment.

## What we do not do

- No software fills anything in on the Federal Police site. Every booking is made by a person on our team, by hand, one client at a time, with that client's protocol. We never book a slot "to hold it".
- We do not give legal advice on your case and we do not interpret deadlines for you.
- We do not review documents or prepare your application. We make the booking with the data you provide.
- We do not make passport bookings, which live on SINPA, a separate system with its own login and a captcha at the entrance.
- We do not solve or bypass captchas.
- We do not guarantee a date: the booking is subject to the slots the Federal Police releases. No slot in your period, no charge.
- We do not present ourselves as a public body, we charge no official fee, and we use no Federal Police marks or colours.

## Data

We keep what the booking requires: name, email, phone, unit, service, period, and the protocol number and date of birth, those two encrypted. The protocol and date of birth are deleted 10 days after the appointment or as soon as the request is closed; the confirmation after 30 days; name, email and phone after 12 months. We do not share data with third parties for advertising. Handled under Brazil's LGPD, Law 13.709/2018, as described in the [Privacy Policy](https://vagalerta.com/privacy/).
